TIPS: Do less
We have all heard of getting one-up on someone. Normally it means doing more. Doing more to beat someone will lead to dead ends, wasted time and diluting the quality you provide. When you’re organising your event keep things simple. It makes life easier. Whats more important, is that you give attendees value that relates to your event. For example, its better to run a half day event with 3 great speakers, than a full day which is packed with fluff.Value. Value. Value.
