We are so happy with the New Eventzi that we wanted to tell you all about our new team.
A new team
We hired Sibers to develop the new Eventzi. Sibers are a Russia-based software outsourcing company based in Novosibirsk.
At first we were looking to fix problems we had with the site.
We contacted Sibers after researching the top outsourcing teams, to get their feedback on our project.
After discussing the project with Sibers Chief Technology Officer, Andrey Gavrilov we decided to build a new, better Eventzi from scratch.
Starting from scratch
Its a big decision to go offshore for web development. There is always the worry of confusion, communication problems and deadlines being missed.
I couldn’t make this any clearer if i tried - Sibers have been sensational.
Andrey was very clear and made everything easy to understand and highlighted more problems that even we weren’t aware of. We were quickly introduced to our new team who have been exceptional.
Scott, the founder of Eventzi, designed the new site and sent the detailed wire-frames, along with a detailed specification document for each web page, to Sibers. From there they took control and kept impressing us.
Our project manager Eugeniya and our customer support person Regina were outstanding. Its a pleasure to work with people who care.
The feedback on the new site has been incredible. Its an amazing feeling to delight users and help them sell tickets easily online.
