HOW TO: Host a webinar

A webinar is just a web-based seminar, it could be 
a presentation, lecture or a workshop for example.
Its really important to explain what your webinar is all about on the event page. The use of video, photos and bios, helps a lot.

In the Where section, insert “Online” as the Venue Name.
Attendees will still get e-tickets but they don’t have to print them.

You can insert the webinar login details into the Instructions section for each ticket. To do this, visit the Edit Page for your event and click the Create Ticket button or click on the Ticket Name to edit the ticket. A window will appear. At the bottom, click the Show link. You will see the instructions section appear. Enter your webinar login details and click Save.
Send out an email before the event. Make sure that the attendees know exactly what they have to do to get access to the webinar.

Make it clear to your attendees how they can get in touch with you if there are any issues.
Send out extra information to keep the webinars momentum going when its finished. I personally always love to get the speakers slides or resources list.
